Born in Luxemburg, April 17, 1954
Entered Arbed in 1979. Nominated administration board assistant in 1986. Became a member of the group’s board of directors in 1996. Vice-executive president of Arcelor in 1998. In 2002, senior vice-executive president and financial director of Arcelor.
International vice-president of ArcelorMittal, controls the business area of Flat Steel Europe, Slabs, Automobile Market, Global Clients, Research and Development.
Bhikam Agarwal
Mr. Agarwal is the Executive Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller of Mittal Steel and has over 28 years of experience in steel and related industries. He was previously CFO of Ispat International where he was responsible for the financial strategy of the Company and was chief coordinator of its prior activities in the capital markets. Mr. Agarwal has also led the finance and accounting functions of the Company across all the operating subsidiaries.
Louis Schorsch
Mr. Schorsch is CEO of Flat Steel ArcelorMittal Americas. Prior to the merger between Mittal Steel and ISG, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ispat Inland where he was responsible for significant improvement in the companies operational performance. Mr. Schorsch has over 26 years of experience in consulting and managerial roles predominantly relating to the steel industry. Prior to joining Ispat Inland in October 2003, Mr. Schorsch held various senior positions in the consulting and e-commerce sectors. His immediate previous assignments have been as President and Chief Executive Officer of GSX.Com Inc. and Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he worked from 1985 until 2000.
Gonzalo Urquijo
Born in Madrid, on September 19th in 1961.He worked in positions at Citibank and Credit Agricole before joining Aristran in 1992, in which he held the Co-CEO position. In 1997, CFO at Aceralia, position which he held until the creation of Arcelor.

Chairman of Acesita from 1998 to 2000 and, from 2002, officer in charge of the stainless steel sector at Arcelor. From 2006, advisor to the CEO and responsible for the worldwide reorganization of the stainless steel business.

Eduardo Eugênio Gouvêa Vieira
Born in Rio de Janeiro, on 3 June 1947.
Worked as an executive for Empresas Petróleo Ipiranga and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Ipiranga group. Chaired associations in the petrochemicals sector and trade associations in Brazil and South America.
Cézar Manoel de Medeiros
Born in Belo Horizonte, MG, on 3 February 1940.
Worked for Banco do Brasil. He was vice president of Finances and Market Relations for Acesita and assistant to the executive officers at Petrobras. Consult at Previ, he was also an officer of the Economic and Social Studies Center at the João Pinheiro Foundation - MG. He was also an advisor to Belgo.

José Armando de F. Campos

Born in the city of Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais (MG), on September 05th in 1948. Mining Engineer graduated at the Federal University of Ouro Preto. Worked in mining-development and metallurgy areas at Companhia Vale do Rio Doce, from 1974 until 1992.
Director-President and CEO at ArcelorMittal Tubarão (new nomination of CST) since 1997.
He was president of the Brazilian Steel Institute (IBS) and of the Latin-American Institute for Iron and Steel (Ilafa), from 2003 until 2004. Member of the ABM – Brazilian Association of Metallurgy and Materials, since 1972 and of the Administration Board of the Brazilian Corporate Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS).
He is currently member of the Acesita management council.
Director-president and director of the Business Area for Flat Steel at ArcelorMittal Brasil. He is vice-president of ArcelorMittal and is responsible for business regarding Flat Steel in South America.
Carlo Panunzi

Born on September 11, 1949, in Italy, Luxembourg citizenship. Electromechanical Engineer.
Developed a career in Arbed - Luxembourg over 25 years, where he held the position of director of Profilarbed, a company in the long steel sector.
In 1999 began his activities in Belgo, known today as ArcelorMittal Belgo, as managing director of the Piracicaba Plant (SP). Transferred to Belo Horizonte in 2000, was designated Production/Technical Superintendent of the company.
Senior executive director vice-president of the business area of ArcelorMittal Brasil long steel and distribution, is vice-president of ArcelorMittal and responsible for Long Steel Business in the Americas.
