The ArcelorMittal Brasil companies show organizational climate indexes rated among the highest in the market, according to evaluations performed based on the methodologies from Hay do Brasil and Great Place to Work Institute.

In 2008, ArcelorMittal Brasil was listed among the 10 best organizations to work for in the country, according to the Guia Você S/A-Revista Exame. The survey involved 550 companies from several sectors. Likewise, a satisfaction survey applied internally and held by the Hay Group do Brasil , showed a favorability index of 70%, 11 percentage points above the Hay do Brasil general market and 7 percentage points above the average of the steelmaking sector.
